Profils
Furuhaugli lies protected at Dovrefjell 1007 meters above sea level. Situated away from the E6 among the birch trees it is a quiet place and a nice place to relax both for heart and soul. The place consists of 29 … small and larger cabins, there is room for 40 caravans, a sanitary facility, cafeteria where you can eat all your meals, a nice sitting room with an open fireplace, a bar, a reception and a TV lounge where you can watch different channels on the TV set. The outdoors at Furuhaugli gives you excellent possibilities to experience the beauty of nature and to be active. We have close relations to different guides who can take you on a musk ox safari or other relevant tours. You can take off on your own along well-marked paths into the mountains. You can also go fishing and hunting. During wintertime all you have to do is put on your skies outside your door and off you go. We have had tourists come and stay with us since the 1930’s and hope we are able to give most people what they hope to find. We keep open all year for all kinds of occasions.

Here you’ll find Furuhaugli: There is a big sign along E6, which shows you where to go, the 800 meters to Furuhaugli. The distance to Oslo is 360 km and to Trondheim it is 180. At Dombås which is 16 … kilometres away you will find shops, gas stations, post office, bank, pharmacy and so on. If you come by train the closest railway stations are Dombås (south) and Hjerkinn (15km north). If you need to be picked up at the station, we ask you to please notify in advance.
